💡 The Role: From Process to Production
As a Process Owner at Centelli, you’ll embed yourself within our customers’ teams to truly understand how their business operates.
You you will own the journey from manual process to live automation.
🔎 Deep Process Ownership
- Integrate quickly into client teams
- Analyse, document and where needed manually execute processes
- Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
🤖 Automation Delivery Leadership
- Work closely with our development team to design automation solutions
- Review test results, resolve issues and manage customer validation
- Ensure automations meet real business needs
🚀 Operationalise & Oversee
- Lead deployment into production environments
- Ensure smooth go-live with minimal disruption
- Monitor performance and conduct spot checks
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients
📈 Continuous Improvement & Growth
- Adapt automations as businesses evolve
- Identify new automation opportunities
- Support the growth of existing client accounts
- Advise customers on smarter, more efficient ways of working

🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit?
We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ A strong communicator, confident with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✅ Proactive, Self-starter with the ability to work independently
✅ 2–3 years’ work experience (minimum)
✅ Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or similar methodologies (advantageous)
✅ Personable and able to embed quickly into customer teams
✅ Commercially aware, can understand value, efficiency and ROI
✅ Sharp and analytical, able to pick up complex processes fast and digest themÂ
✅ Naturally curious, ask the right questions to nail down the best outcomes
✅ Detail orientedÂ
✅ Technically comfortable, you don’t need to code, but you want to understand how automation works
✅ A proactive problem solver, calm, structured and solution-focused

Please note that this role is only open to UK based candidates with a relevant VISA, unfortunately no sponsorship is available at this time.  Due to both office and client locations the ideal candidate will be based in and around London (Commutable) and will be working a 3-day office and 2-day WFH pattern.
Salary band: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
