Spirehouse is working with an established Birmingham law firm to recruit a Residential Plot Conveyancer for their fast paced and friendly team.

The Role
The Residential Conveyancer will handle the legal aspects of property transactions from initiation to completion.
You will be responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient, and professional service, ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and best practice.
The role will advise over the complete life cycle of new build housing from initial heads of terms, acquiring the land, obtaining planning permission, building out the scheme and the sale of the new homes.

Requirements
- Residential conveyancer, able to manage a caseload
- Understanding of freehold and leasehold property transactions and the conveyancing process.
- Good IT skills, able to use a case management system
- Commercial approach to client service and effective at building relationships
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to forging strong working relationships with our clients
- Strong attention to detail
