Our client is a small, design-led workplace studio based in Central London, delivering thoughtfully crafted commercial office environments. With a highly collaborative team culture and strong creative leadership, they produce concept-driven, detail-focused projects for a range of forward-thinking clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Graduate / Junior Designer to join their close-knit team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior designer looking to build a strong foundation in workplace design. Within this small studio, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the project lifecycle — from early concept and pitch stages through to technical design, site visits and completion.
You will work closely with senior designers and directors, receiving hands-on mentorship and meaningful responsibility from day one. This is a role offering genuine development and clear progression for someone ambitious and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting concept development, mood boards and space planning
- Assisting with technical drawing packages and detailing in AutoCAD
- Producing high-quality presentation materials
- Supporting client presentations and internal design reviews
- Researching materials, finishes and workplace trends
- Assisting with FF&E selections and schedules
- Attending site visits and supporting project coordination
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related discipline
- 0–3 years’ professional experience
- Must be currently living in London
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- SketchUp (preferred)
- Strong design eye and a well-presented portfolio
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced studio environment
