Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Hunter Sales Executive to lead new business acquisition across the Manufacturing sector in the UK & Ireland. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and winning new logo accounts for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge of the Manufacturing industry and a proven track record in enterprise sales within large System Integrators.
This is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and closing high-value deals.
Required Experience
10–18 years of experience in IT Services / System Integration sales.
Proven track record of winning new logos in the UKI market.
Experience selling large transformation deals (£2M+).
Strong Manufacturing industry understanding including:
Discrete manufacturing
Automotive
Industrial products
Process manufacturing
Supply chain transformation
Smart factory initiatives
