We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (3-4 months contract) to join IWSR. We are the leading source of data, analytics and insight for the global alcoholic beverage industry, trusted by the world's biggest drinks brands, investors and strategists to inform critical decisions.
This role is high ownership and high impact.
You'll be the sole Talent Acquisition Partner for this group company, working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders across the UK, US and Asia. You'll run the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse mix of roles, from Tech & Data to Programme, Consulting and Commercial.
We're looking for someone who:
- Thrives operating independently
- Is commercially sharp and delivery-focussed
- Has experience recruiting across multiple geographies
- Can confidently switch between technical and non-technical roles
- Knows how to influence and challenge stakeholders when needed.
This isn't a coordination role, it's hands-on, strategic and execution-focussed. You'll shape recruitment plans, build pipelines and drive outcomes quickly.
