This is a front-of-house, sales-focused role at the heart of the resident journey, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
Role Overview:
- Location: Hornsey, London. 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (8:00am–8:00pm), offering structure and regular time off
- Package: DOE
- Industry: Build-to-Rent / Residential Property
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving leasing performance - managing enquiries, booking viewings and converting leads into signed tenancies
- Delivering engaging and informative apartment viewings that showcase both the homes and the wider community
- Acting as the main point of contact for residents and prospects at the concierge desk
- Creating a seamless move-in and move-out experience, including inventories and welcome packs
- Supporting rent collection targets and wider site KPIs
- Ensuring show apartments and communal areas are presented to a consistently high standard
- Coordinating and hosting resident events to build a strong sense of community
- Managing parcel deliveries and maintaining an organised, well-run front-of-house environment
- Monitoring competitor activity and feeding back insights to leasing and marketing teams
- Supporting unit turns in line with agreed service standards
- Maintaining strong communication with residents and capturing feedback to continuously improve service
- Following all health & safety and security procedures, escalating issues where required
- Supporting the General Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the scheme
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong customer service background, ideally within property, hospitality or retail
- Confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong personal accountability
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider on-site team
- Positive, resilient mindset with energy and enthusiasm for front-facing roles
