About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA London. As a key member of our front-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

Our Ideal Assistant Head Sommelier
You’ll embody our values and bring:
- A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences
- Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier ready for their next step or an Assistant Head Sommelier in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment
- WSET 2 or 3 (desired), but will consider applicants with the matching experience
- A collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a large and dynamic team
- A warm, customer-focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest
