Highly regarded law firm is looking for an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer to join their practice on an initial 9-12 month FTC. Hybrid working in Central London or on a primarily remote working basis.
As part of a busy team as an Associate or Senior Associate, you will be responsible for:
- non-contentious advisory on complex restructuring and insolvency matters
- supporting a range of UK based and international clients
- liaising extensively with key stakeholders as part of administration processes
- working closely with the risk and disputes team internally
You will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a similar capacity within a restructuring, insolvency or special situations practice. You will bring a high level of technical knowledge coupled with the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced team.
