Chief of Staff – Transformation & AI Enablement
Interim (3–6 months) or Permanent | UK
We are partnering with a UK‑based organisation undergoing significant strategic and operational transformation. The CEO is seeking to appoint a Chief of Staff who can provide disciplined execution support during a pivotal period for the business.
The ideal candidate will bring:
• A consulting background (strategy or transformation), with a track record of supporting senior leaders through complex organisational change.
• Experience in restructuring and business transformation, with exposure to initiatives extending beyond cost optimisation into operating‑model redesign and performance uplift.
• A strong bias for execution and delivery, ensuring priorities are translated into clear actions, followed through, and embedded across the organisation.
• Understanding of how AI can be integrated into products and internal processes; experience supporting AI‑related initiatives would be advantageous.
Given the pace of change, the organisation is seeking someone who can join within the next 2–3 weeks, with an interim engagement of 3–6 months being the most pragmatic route. A permanent appointment will also be considered for the right profile.
