About the Role - Position: Merchandising Admin Assistant. Location: Lewes, Full-time, Permanent. Salary starting from £25,000.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- A passion for merchandising and retail
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing reports for daily and weekly sales, and must be confident to communicate this to the wider team
- Providing administrative support to the merchandising team
- Liaising with the field team and Retail Director to ensure store detail is communicated, and requests are actioned
- Generating reports and analysing sales and stock data
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance merchandising strategies
- Provide accurate information on sales, stock, intake, and store footage to the team
