- Proactively handle cyber claims on behalf of capacity providers from first notification of loss to settlement within delegated authorities.
- Foster strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers, delivering excellent customer service.
- Actively work with a panel of response vendors during claims incidents.
- Ensure prompt and accurate reserving, identify and pursue relevant third-party recoveries, and seek to reduce claims leakage.
- Prioritise workload effectively, identifying and managing key deadlines such as those within lawsuits, demand letters and claims queries.
- Work closely with a panel of service providers to ensure quality and value for money within required timeframes.
- Undertake general claims administrative duties including electronic file management, payment requests and production of management information.
- Work closely with underwriters to provide feedback on claims issues and trends, and with product teams regarding development of products and wordings.
- Identify and escalate claims-related issues to senior claims management where necessary.
