Job Title: Concierge – Luxury Residential Apartments - London
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: London
I am on the lookout for a Concierge to join this Luxury Residential Apartment building in London. My client is looking for an experienced Concierge from a 5 Star background. As Concierge you will be the first point of contact for the residents, guests, and contractors so we are looking for someone with impeccable customer service skills.

About the position
- Meet and greet the residents & guest on arrival
- Direct & coordinate contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests and bookings
- Assist the residents with travel arrangements and bookings
- Ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved and reported
- Act as an ambassador for the brand
- Provide a 5- star service
- 4 days on 4 days off / 7pm – 7am
The successful candidate
- At least 5 years’ previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels
- Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
- Strong knowledge of London and the local area
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Be willing to go the extra mile
