Demand Planner
Location: Andover, Hampshire (Office Based)
Department: Operations
Reports to: Demand Planning Controller
Are you a highly organised and analytical individual with experience in stock planning, purchasing, or supply chain?
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Operations team in Andover. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product availability while optimising stock levels across a diverse product portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing stock levels to ensure excellent customer service
- Forecasting demand, including promotions and new product launches
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring optimal stock cover
- Monitoring supplier performance (OTIF)
- Working closely with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams
- Supporting continuous improvement of planning processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Demand Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- ERP system experience (Microsoft Business Central advantageous)
