The Role
As a Recruitment Resource & Onboarding Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR team. This position combines candidate sourcing, administrative support, and coordination of onboarding activities to deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience. This role sits with our Talent Acquisition team, part of HR. We are highly regarded for our focus on direct recruiting, onboarding, and talent retention. We operate across the legal and operational sectors.
Role Responsibilities
Recruitment Resourcing:
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Create job adverts and post on several platforms
• Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work with the TA Manager on several projects
• Building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Update recruitment trackers and generate reports for the TA Manager.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Onboarding Coordination
• Co-ordinate with HR & Facilities to ensure smooth onboarding from day one for new hires.
• Coordinate induction schedules and ensure new hires have access to necessary systems and resources.
• Assist with the delivery of the KP Law Welcome Induction programme.
• Collaborate with TA, HR, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams, to foster a positive first impression and support employee retention and engagement from day one.
Person Specification:
As the first point of contact with candidates you will have an exceptional professional manner whether on the phone, on emails or in person. You will be proactive and driven to attract the best candidates, with a resilient and flexible approach to quickly adapt.
Skills & & Attributes:
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS systems (desirable).
• Strong telephony skills
• Diary management skills
