Delegated Underwriting Assistant - Lloyd’s Syndicate - London
I’m currently supporting a highly regarded Lloyd’s Syndicate with the hire of a Delegated Underwriting Assistant, reporting directly into the Delegated Underwriting Manager.
This is a genuinely strong opportunity for someone already operating within Delegated Authority who wants broader exposure across oversight, reporting and compliance within a well-structured and respected platform.
The role will include:
- Coverholder due diligence and PBQA reviews
- Supporting the audit function and follow-up actions
- Bordereaux oversight - mapping, processing and data review
- ATLAS & DCOM administration
- Production of delegated underwriting MI, monthly packs and regulatory reporting
- Liaison across Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Compliance
- Ensuring adherence to Lloyd’s “Principles”
They’re looking for someone who:
- Has prior Delegated Underwriting experience within the Lloyd’s market
- Understands Lloyd’s reporting requirements and “The Principles”
- Is analytically strong, detail-oriented and confident handling data
- Can prioritise effectively and work collaboratively across teams
