We’re looking for an organised, proactive Accessories Co-Ordinator to join our fast-paced Accessories Business Unit (ABU). This is a varied role at the heart of the business, combining dealer liaison, research, and marketing support, with exposure across the full accessories’ product lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Centre Network, maintaining our online accessories presence, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Core responsibilities
- Managing Centre Network relationships, providing feedback and support via Compass
- Coordinating network communications, highlighting key focus areas and new product launches via Source
- Managing the vehicle portfolio for online platforms, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date (CarDB / Car Configurator)
- Maintaining accurate and timely network and industry price lists
- Creating and maintaining Accessories Catalogues for both network and customer use
Additional responsibilities
- Raising departmental purchase orders
- Managing rebate processes
- Processing internal orders

Essential
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, organisation, and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt as the role develops
Desirable
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Automotive industry experience or knowledge
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- A genuine interest in the motor industry
