Training Specialist – Hayes, UK (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a proactive Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs that boost product knowledge, sales skills, and overall team performance. You’ll support Area Managers, run seminars, create training materials, and act as a brand ambassador at events.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver training for retail and head office teams
- Support Area Managers with territory training initiatives
- Develop engaging training materials and manage the training app
- Analyse training impact and recommend improvements
- Represent the brand at consumer and retailer events
Location & Travel: Hayes office-based 2 days/week, field-based otherwise. UK and international travel required.
