    • Use insights and learnings to continuously improve planning recommendations

    Team & Agency Collaboration

    • Mentor and support junior planners, ensuring best practice planning standards
    • Collaborate with activation, analytics, and creative teams to deliver joined-up solutions
    • Contribute to agency thought leadership, planning tools, and process improvements

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven experience in a media planning role within an agency environment
    • Strong knowledge of digital and paid media channels, including paid social, search, and programmatic
    • Experience managing client relationships and leading planning conversations
    • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decision-making
    • Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Commercially minded with experience working to budgets and KPIs

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working on integrated or multi-channel campaigns
    • Exposure to analytics platforms (e.g. GA, ad platform reporting, dashboards)
    • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members

    • Hybrid working – 2 days per week in our London office
    • Opportunity to work on a variety of brands and sectors
    • Supportive, collaborative agency culture with clear progression pathways
    • Ongoing training and development across digital and paid media
