Associate (2–5 PQE) – Non-Contentious Construction
I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate (2–5 PQE).
This is a fantastic role for a junior to mid-level construction lawyer looking to develop their practice with a team of construction solicitors who advise on commercial, residential and non-profit deals on landmark properties and represents some of the most prominent individuals and institutions in the world.
🔹 The Role
You will:
- Advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters
- Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC and bespoke construction documentation
- Support complex real estate development and refurbishment projects
- Work closely with real estate, private wealth and corporate teams
- Build strong client relationships from an early stage
🔹 About You
- 2–5 years’ PQE with solid non-contentious construction experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Commercially aware and confident in managing client contact
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a collaborative team
