We are supporting a well established, highly regarded London law firm with an opportunity to appoint a Property Litigation Partner to join its growing disputes practice.
About the Opportunity
This is a key strategic appointment for the firm as it continues to expand its commercial and residential property litigation capability.
The successful candidate will join an experienced team of litigators recognised for providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a varied client base, including developers, institutional landlords, corporate occupiers and private clients.

Skills, attributes and experience
- Previous experience within a Real Estate Disputes team
- Experience of dealing with commercial property dispute matters
- Excellant client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service
- Client following and business plan
- Strong business developer with demonstrable experience of converting BD activity to work
