Tuntum Housing Association is recruiting a Building Surveyor as part of our Asset Management recruitment campaign.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and of a high standard for our customers.

🔎 About the Role

The Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering a professional surveying service across responsive repairs, planned works and compliance-related projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, effective contract management and a commitment to delivering value for money while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
