As Head of Product, you’ll take ownership of a key product domain within Cornerstone’s newly created New Business Unit — spanning Compute, Connectivity or Infrastructure Services. This hands on role puts you at the forefront of shaping innovative products from concept through to launch, using our nationwide tower estate to unlock scalable digital infrastructure solutions such as edge compute, IoT, power as a service, small cells and DAS.
You’ll thrive in a fast paced, early stage environment where your leadership brings structure, clarity and momentum. Working alongside a dedicated cross functional squad covering Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Technology and Service, you’ll validate market demand, pilot new propositions and take successful products into the market. While Sales drive revenue, you’ll own the full product lifecycle — ensuring every proposition is aligned, commercially strong and executed with excellence.

What You’ll Do
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
• Own a product domain within the new business portfolio, driving vision and execution.
• Turn strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and commercially strong propositions.
• Build compelling business cases and value propositions that underpin growth.
• Spot, validate, and prioritise opportunities using customer insight and market data.
End to End Delivery
• Lead a lean, cross functional squad to design, test, and launch new propositions.
• Bring teams together across Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Delivery and Service to maintain momentum.
• Ensure pilots and launches are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.
• Track adoption and performance, recommending scale up, improvement, or exit.
Collaboration & Influence
• Partner with Sales on go to market strategy, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Work with Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and demand generation.
• Align innovation with delivery capability alongside Technology and Delivery teams.
• Ensure seamless customer experience through strong engagement with Service and Operations.
• Help define Cornerstone’s product operating model, setting standards for lean delivery and governance.

What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience leading end to end product delivery in telecoms, infrastructure, cloud, or related tech sectors.
• Background in start up, scale up, or greenfield environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build solid business cases and drive measurable growth.
• Hands on experience with Agile/Lean delivery, comfortable iterating quickly and working through ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial, delivery focused, and equally strong in strategy and execution.
