    General Description


    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor (London or Amsterdam Office) to join our team at CFN Kimya.


    The role requires a strong commercial mindset, operational discipline, and active involvement in digital transformation initiatives. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies for effective sales management within our organization. You will be responsible for driving sales primarly in European market, as well as supporting regional markets by expanding our market penetration and strengthening customer relationships in line with the company’s growth strategy.

    Qualifications


    • Graduated from engineering or business administration departments of universities,

    • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in petrochemical/chemical sectors and positions (preferably with insulation, plastic, packaging or commodity industry experience),

    • Strong understanding of international trade dynamics and cross-border operations,

    • Fluent in written and spoken English (Turkish or additional European languages are an asset),

    • Proven ability in both business development and portfolio management,

    • Capable of managing and expanding an international customer portfolio,

    • Strong negotiation, persuasion and communication skills,

    • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and planning skills,

    • Dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented,

    • No travel restrictions (frequent travel within Europe required),

    • Having a valid driving license and actively able to drive,

    • Work and residence permit in the UK or EU

    • Experienced with CRM systems and digital sales tools, preferably with SAP and Salesforce,

    • Able to use Microsoft Office programs well,


    Job Description


    • Lead and supervise daily sales operations, primarily in European market while supporting regional market performance,

    • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve strategic positioning,

    • Drive revenue growth by expanding market penetration and identifying new business oppurtunities,

    • Support and contribute to digital transformation projects within the sales function,

    • Ensure effective CRM management, including accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance analysis,

    • Developing new customer portfolios across Europe,

    • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers,

    • Conducting regular customer visits and market research in target countries,

    • Identifying new sales channels and new market opportunities to ensure sustainable growth,

    • Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing improvement actions,

    • Coordinating logistics, export and collection processes in collaboration with headquarter,

    • Representing the company at fairs, conferences, business forums and industry events across Europe and carrying out business development activities accordingly.
