The Opportunity
You will lead the launch of a flagship London site and build the operational blueprint for UK expansion.
You will:
- Open and stabilise a high-volume London flagship
- Recruit, train and energise a high-performing team of multi-site and restaurant level.
- Drive labour discipline without compromising guest experience
- Embed brand standards from day one
- Build leadership capability for scale
- Create the cadence, rhythm and accountability structure for growth
What We Are Looking For
- Experience opening high-volume London sites with a track record of overseeing expansion and openings.
- Full P&L accountability
- Branded casual dining or QSR, premium!
- Experience operating in high-rent, high-footfall environments
- Strong multi-site or scalable operational leadership
