Swift Education is working with a supportive secondary school in Mile End seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs across KS3–KS4.
About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN
- Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
- Assist with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN department
- Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Psychology graduates, youth workers, and experienced TAs encouraged
- Relevant qualifications desirable but not essential
