A leading financial institution is looking for an experienced leveraged finance lawyer to join its high-performing team on an interim basis. This is a rare chance to broaden your skill set across infrastructure, project finance, high-yield structures, TLBs, and complex cross-border financings — working alongside collegiate lawyers who value knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Ideal Profile
✔ Leveraged finance background (High Yield, TLB, infra/project finance, or broader debt finance all welcomed)
✔ Someone who can hit the ground running, navigate docs with ease, and understand where the market currently sits
✔ Collegiate, strong on knowledge-sharing, and confident moving between primary and secondary
✔ Comfortable leading on ICA/SFA detail and engaging with internal stakeholders
✔ Available to start in March
