We’re now looking for a Commercial Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Commercial team—someone highly organised, detail‑driven, and excited to keep our roaming, fleet, and hub operations running smoothly behind the scenes. 🔍 What you’ll be doing
Roaming Operations & Invoicing
- Maintain up‑to‑date trackers of roaming partner commercial terms and expiry dates.
- Keep our central repository of roaming partner documentation organised and current.
- Support monthly reconciliation activities and assist with invoicing workflows.
Fleet Offer Contract Management
- Manage voucher allocation and ensure accurate application across fleet accounts.
- Maintain a detailed fleet offer tracker covering vouchers, driver counts, T&Cs, and RFID issuance.
- Keep all fleet contract documentation tidy, consistent, and accessible.
Hub Reconciliation Support
- Maintain an accurate list of current and upcoming hubs across the network.
- Conduct spot checks via partner apps to validate newly launched hub details.
Payments & Financial Administration
- Raise purchase orders (POs) aligned to internal procurement processes.
- Complete goods receipting for timely supplier payments.
- Process rebates for fleet partners.
- Prepare and issue invoices for third‑party services delivered at our hubs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) documentation as new propositions or operational changes emerge.
- Support the collation of monthly utilisation insights for internal teams and fleet partner reporting.

- Experience with procurement or finance processes (nice to have).

Compensation package: We offer a competitive salary & entitlements, plus excellent healthcare, pension, wellbeing benefits, along with generous Life Insurance & Group Income Protection Insurance. Annual holiday of 26 days contractual leave, plus bank holidays plus bank holidays (34 days in total), with enhanced maternity/paternity leave and benefits.
