An exciting opporuntity has arisen in the Wiltshire location with a Top Legal 500 practice who are recruiting for a 2 - 6 PQE property solicitor to join their expanding farms and estates property team.
This is a traditional firm, known for their impressive client base and approachable / friendly ethos. You’ll be joining a strong team made up of consultants, partners, associates and trainees. The work involved will include, but not be restricted to:-
• Sales & purchases of rural properties and businesses
• Negotiating section 106 agreements
• Acting for banks on property and development land
• Assisting on complex land transactions
• Promotion agreements
• Acting predominantly on behalf of private clients
You will be given the chance to get involved in VHNW matters, ranging anywhere from £500,000 to £50 million. You will be working with leading individuals and be given the chance to progress through the ranks.
