SINTL is a residential development and construction business delivering mid-scale retrofit and new build schemes across South West London. Operating as both developer and main contractor, we work within a lean, delivery-focused structure where commercial discipline and accountability are central.
We are appointing a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor to take full ownership of procurement and cost control across live residential schemes.
This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Director, with clear responsibility and real decision-making authority.
Scope includes:
β’ Independent ownership and production of monthly CVRs
β’ Subcontract package procurement and negotiation
β’ Supplier and material procurement across the project lifecycle
β’ Cost forecasting, cashflow management and variance control
β’ Final account negotiation and close-out
β’ Active protection and improvement of project margins
We are looking for someone who:
β’ Has 5β8 yearsβ residential D&B contractor experience
β’ Has independently led subcontract and supplier procurement
β’ Understands how margin is genuinely controlled β not just reported
β’ Is comfortable operating without heavy hierarchy
β’ Communicates clearly and works with commercial discipline
