SINTL is a residential development and construction business delivering mid-scale retrofit and new build schemes across South West London. Operating as both developer and main contractor, we work within a lean, delivery-focused structure where commercial discipline and accountability are central.
We are appointing a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor to take full ownership of procurement and cost control across live residential schemes.
This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Director, with clear responsibility and real decision-making authority.
Scope includes:
• Independent ownership and production of monthly CVRs
• Subcontract package procurement and negotiation
• Supplier and material procurement across the project lifecycle
• Cost forecasting, cashflow management and variance control
• Final account negotiation and close-out
• Active protection and improvement of project margins
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 5–8 years’ residential D&B contractor experience
• Has independently led subcontract and supplier procurement
• Understands how margin is genuinely controlled — not just reported
• Is comfortable operating without heavy hierarchy
• Communicates clearly and works with commercial discipline
