Cooklaw Solicitors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient, and detail‑driven Conveyancer to join our expanding Residential Conveyancing Team.
We are looking for a confident professional with a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end residential conveyancing process, able to manage their own caseload across a full spectrum of matters including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, and related transactions. You will be comfortable working autonomously, yet collaboratively, within a fast‑paced and client‑focused team.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, and other associated matters
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other parties
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently
- Provide support to the conveyancing team
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfers, pre-contract enquiries and completion documentation
- Assisting the post completions team with Land Registry requisitions
About You:
- Previous experience running a caseload independently
- Team-focused, professional and client-driven approach
- Willingness to learn more within the Property sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong self-management skills
