I’m working with a well-structured, highly respected Luxury Residential contractor in West London who is looking to bring in an Assistant Estimator to support their growing pipeline of high-end work.
This isn’t a “sit in the corner and measure” role.
You’ll be properly involved.

📊 Pricing high-end residential projects
📞 Speaking directly with specialist subcontractors
💷 Securing competitive rates on premium materials
👥 Working alongside an experienced Senior Estimator and commercial team
🏗️ Visiting sites when needed to fully understand the build
