With a strong regional reputation and national reach, this established consultancy is entering a new phase of strategic growth. Recently appointed to the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework, the business has secured a significant pipeline of public sector work - creating the perfect platform for a senior leader ready to build, lead and shape their own team with board-level trust and autonomy.

The Opportunity
This is a true Partner-level role offering:

The current portfolio spans:

• Education (schools, academies, higher education estates)
• Retail, including major clients such as B&Q
• PFI Healthcare projects across operational and lifecycle programmes

With CCS framework appointment and secured incoming instructions, you will inherit live schemes while being empowered to drive new business growth across the North West and beyond.

What We’re Looking For

• Established senior leader at Director or existing Partner level
• Strong track record across Education, Retail and/or PFI Healthcare
• Commercially astute with business development capability
• Ideally bringing an existing client network
• Ambition to step into (or continue at) Partner level with equity pathway
