    Job description

Early Careers Recruitment Partner – Global Financial Services

    London | Hybrid | Permanent

A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Partner to join their established UK Talent team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of talent across front‑office and corporate business areas.

Working within a large, well‑resourced HR function, you’ll deliver high‑volume campus recruitment while also contributing to strategic projects that shape the organisation’s broader graduate, internship and spring‑insight strategies.

    The Role

As an Early Careers Recruitment Partner, you will lead the delivery of end‑to‑end campus recruitment for designated business lines. This includes managing high‑volume hiring cycles, running assessment processes, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing the full campus recruitment lifecycle across graduates, summer interns and spring insights.
    • Overseeing CV screening, shortlisting, interviews, and assessment centres.
    • Advising hiring managers on best‑practice selection, diversity, inclusion and assessment methodology.
    • Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate candidate and process data.
    • Collaborating with HR teams on onboarding, visas and compliance.
    • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to the business.
    • Partnering with universities and student societies to support employer brand activity and attraction strategies.
    • Delivering presentations to students and representing the organisation at key events.
    • Supporting the conversion of interns into graduate hires.
    • Contributing to wider early careers initiatives, process improvement projects and HR programmes as required.

    About You

    The successful candidate will bring:

    • Experience in graduate or early careers recruitment, ideally within financial services or another complex, high‑volume environment.
    • Proven end‑to‑end management of recruitment cycles.
    • Strong knowledge of UK campus recruitment trends (European exposure beneficial).
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
    • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
    • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Appreciation for the importance of diverse hiring and inclusive attraction strategies.
    • A proactive, “can‑do” attitude with the willingness to get hands‑on during peak seasons.
    • Experience working with ATS platforms (desirable).

    Why Join?

This organisation offers a genuinely progressive and people‑focused culture, underpinned by a commitment to sustainability, responsible business and positive social impact.

    You’ll benefit from:

    • A highly flexible, hybrid working environment.
    • A generous suite of benefits including a strong pension package, comprehensive wellbeing support and market‑leading private medical provisions.
    • Access to exceptional professional development programmes, internal mobility pathways, mentoring and learning tools.
    • A collaborative, inclusive culture with active employee networks and a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
    • Opportunities to volunteer and contribute to community initiatives.
