A rapidly scaling Global Prime Broker is seeking a Head of People to lead the next phase of its People function.
With a global, distributed workforce, the business requires a modern, agile, and strategically aligned People model to support continued growth.
Reporting to the CHRO, you will build and implement a lean, tech-enabled operating model, hire and shape a small team, and drive operational excellence across 60+ countries within a fast-moving, multi-jurisdictional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the next evolution of the global People function.
- Design and implement a lean, tech-enabled, AI-empowered People operating model.
- Build and shape a high-calibre team of People Partners and specialists.
- Transition transactional work into smart systems and outsourced solutions.
- Deliver operational excellence across a multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Act as a credible strategic partner to senior leadership.
- Enable commercial growth through a modern, agile and aligned People strategy.
Requirements
- 8–12 years’ People/HR experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience scaling or building a People function within a high-growth fintech or tech environment (c.300–1000+ employees).
- Strong experience operating across 60+ countries or within a globally distributed workforce.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and lean in thinking.
- Technology-first mindset with experience leveraging AI and HR systems.
- Resilient, direct, low-ego leader energised by building rather than maintaining.
