    Legal Counsel –Infrastructure Project


    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join a high-profile infrastructure project legal team, supporting the organisation’s interests in the operation of a multi-billion-pound Civil Works Alliance.


    This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in advising on the governance, operation and ongoing development of a complex, multi-party alliance framework at the heart of a nationally significant construction programme.


    The Role


    • Advising on alliance governance structures and ongoing operations
    • Ensuring robust contractual, commercial and regulatory compliance
    • Supporting risk identification and mitigation across a complex delivery environment
    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual documentation
    • Providing strategic legal input to support successful project delivery


    The Candidate


    • A qualified Solicitor or Barrister (England & Wales) with strong experience in construction and engineering law
    • Experience gained on major infrastructure, energy or other large-scale capital projects
    • A solid understanding of construction law and contract management, including NEC and/or FIDIC forms
    • Proven ability to provide clear, practical, risk-based legal advice in a fast-paced project environment
    • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
    • A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on enabling delivery
