THE ROLE
As Head of Field Medical, you’ll be the strategic and delivery lead for all Field Medical programmes. You will:
- Design and implement Field Medical strategies aligned to asset lifecycle and company goals.
- Lead deployment planning, territory mapping, stakeholder identification/segmentation, and KOL mapping.
- Craft scientific exchange plans and insight-generation approaches, and provide thought leadership on Field Medical innovation.
- Build capabilities: create onboarding and advanced MSL training, coach field leaders, and develop SOPs, guidance, and tools.
- Oversee delivery: budget and resource planning, cross-functional coordination, engagement tracking, metrics, and scientific resources (e.g., MSL decks, FAQs).
ABOUT YOU
You’ll excel here if you bring:
- Substantial experience across Field Medical roles (e.g., MSL, MSL Manager/Medical Lead) and Field Medical Excellence leadership.
- A track record delivering strategic and tactical Field Medical support in consultancy, agency, or in-house settings.
