The firm is known for delivering commercially focused advice to multinational corporates, private equity houses, growth companies and investors across a wide range of sectors. The Role
Your role will sit within the firm's well-regarded corporate practice, advising on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters across sectors including healthcare, retail, media, sport and technology.
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of transactions, with genuine responsibility, strong client exposure and involvement in cross-border matters
About You
- You will be An England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate law
- Experience gained at a reputable City, national or international firm
