    Job description

Spencer‑Richardson is a boutique executive search and talent consultancy known for delivering exceptional senior-level talent and building trusted long‑term partnerships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven and proactive part- time Office Co-ordinator to support our team across research, operations, CRM management, and marketing activity.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, and thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

    The Role

You will play a key role in supporting our search consultants, ensuring our processes run efficiently, and helping us maintain exceptional standards across every search project.

    You will be responsible for:

    CRM & Data Management

    • Maintaining, updating and optimising our CRM system
    • Ensuring candidate and client data is accurate, organised and compliant
    • Building lists, updating records and tracking key search activity
    • Supporting reporting, analytics and data insights

    Research & Delivery Support

    • Assisting in market mapping and candidate identification
    • Preparing candidate packs, briefing documents and search materials
    • Conducting company and talent research to support senior-level assignments

    Operations & Administration

    • Coordinating diaries, interviews, and client/candidate communication
    • Supporting documentation, formatting CVs and preparing reports
    • Ensuring smooth workflow across projects and internal processes

    Marketing & Social Media

    • Drafting social posts across LinkedIn and company channels
    • Supporting brand awareness through consistent content and messaging
    • Helping maintain the website and digital presence when required

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Supporting business projects and initiatives
    • Helping refine internal processes to improve efficiency
    • Providing general office support and contributing to a positive team culture

    About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

    • Highly organised and detail‑oriented
    • Confident using CRM systems (experience with any ATS/CRM is a plus)
    • A strong communicator with excellent written English
    • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
    • Curious about executive search, talent acquisition, or people development
    • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment
    • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Creative or confident enough to support basic social media activity

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, operations, administration, or executive search is desirable but not essential — attitude, organisation, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

    Why Spencer‑Richardson?

    • Work alongside experienced executive search consultants
    • Learn the foundations of talent research, client delivery and recruitment operations
    • Be part of an ambitious, supportive and people‑focused consultancy
    • Real opportunities for progression into research, consulting or operations leadership
