We are now seeking a Procurement Officer to support our work with one of our Housing Association partners, ensuring the effective delivery of their procurement pipeline while upholding governance, compliance and best practice.

    About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Procurement, you will play a key role in coordinating procurement activities that are compliant, timely, and well‑structured. Working closely with the Procurement Manager, internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will help deliver value‑for‑money outcomes while contributing to strong contract administration and excellent customer service.

You will also benefit from the operational support and professional network of the central procurement teams at Inprova HQ in Warrington, giving you access to expert colleagues and development opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support planning and delivery of procurement projects in line with policies, governance procedures and the Procurement Act 2023
    • Prepare and issue tender documentation; manage clarifications, track returns and coordinate responses
    • Maintain procurement inboxes and provide first‑line support for queries
    • Update and maintain procurement trackers, contract registers and sourcing pipelines
    • Promote positive supplier engagement aligned to organisational values

    About You

We’re looking for a highly organised, motivated individual with experience supporting procurement processes, ideally within the public sector, social housing, construction, or other regulated environments. You will have:

    • Strong IT skills (particularly MS Word, Excel and document‑management systems)
    • Experience with contract administration and supplier management
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks and build strong relationships

If you’re looking to grow your procurement career within a supportive, collaborative and professional environment, we’d love to hear from you

In return we offer a fantastic benefits package including:

    • Income Protection – 75% of salary covered if unable to work due to illness (post-probation).
    • Life Assurance – 4x basic salary paid as a tax-free lump sum (post-probation).
    • Private Medical Insurance (PMI) – Fully funded cover with family extension options (post-probation).
    • Health Cash Plan – Reimbursement for medical expenses & discounted gym membership (post-probation).
    • Pension Scheme – 5% employer match with salary exchange option.
    • Holiday Trading – Buy or sell up to 5 days annually (available in December).
    • Cycle to Work Scheme – Salary sacrifice bike purchases up to £1,000 (post-probation).
    • Electric Vehicle Scheme – Lease an EV via salary sacrifice (eligible after 12 months).
    • Employee Support Services – Access to legal, financial, bereavement, and medical advice (immediate eligibility).
    • Exclusive Mobile Deals – Discounted EE contracts for employees & up to 5 friends/family.

Join our team and be part of a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to making a meaningful difference for our planet and society.
