Accuracy, care, and discipline underpin everything we do. This role ensures that every piece is correctly recorded, tracked, and handled as it moves through the business.
We are seeking a day-to-day owner of Jewellery Operations & Client Services for our jewellery stock, systems, and quality checks.
This is a practical, detail-driven role. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records across all systems, ensuring each item’s condition and status is known at all times, and coordinating repairs, shipping, and preparation for sale.
The role suits someone who is methodical, reliable, and takes pride in precision. In a business selling high-value, one-of-a-kind pieces, operational accuracy is non-negotiable.
Stock and Product Management
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date product records across Shopify and internal systems.
· Add and update product details including materials, measurements, pricing, and condition notes.
· Track stock movements and ensure availability is always clear and reliable.
Quality Control and Workshop Coordination
· Check each item before listing, shipping, or presentation to clients.
· Manage items requiring resizing, repair, cleaning, or restoration.
· Coordinate with the workshop and track progress through to completion.
Shipping and Logistics
· Prepare and ship high-value jewellery with appropriate care, insurance, and documentation.
· Manage inbound and outbound deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Client Services and Operational Support
· Respond to client enquiries across email, website chat, and social platforms in a clear and professional tone.
· Provide accurate information on availability, condition, and timelines.
· Coordinate appointment administration and client updates on repairs or shipments.
· Ensure all systems reflect the real-time status of each item and support the showroom team with reliable information.
Essential
· Experience in stock administration, operations, or product coordination.
· Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to record-keeping.
· Comfortable working with digital systems such as Shopify, databases, and spreadsheets.
· Organised and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple items and priorities.
· Clear, professional written communication.
Desirable
· Experience working with jewellery, luxury goods, or high-value physical products.
· Familiarity with repairs, resizing, or workshop coordination.
· Experience handling insured or secure shipping.
