Corporate Real Estate Solicitor – Leading US Law Firm (1-2 PQE)
Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate / Corporate Real Estate Solicitor to join their team in London on a permanent basis. This role is suitable for anyone with a least 6 months experience post qualification and no more than 2 years.
The firm has made significant hires in the last two years to bolster their Corporate Real Estate offering in London with two separate partners joining in 2024 from a leading magic circle law firm. The firms investment into this practice area is evidence with this planned hire and several others for 2026.
The team advises clients on corporate real estate joint ventures, capital raising strategies, acquisitions, disposals, and a broad range of real estate‑related M&A transactions.

Ideally, you will have prior experience working with real estate assets in corporate transactions however the partners are also happy to consider junior Corporate Solicitors who have an interest In this area and are happy to focus on it.
