    Residential Property Lawyer


    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Lawyer, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. The Property Lawyer will manage property transactions including conveyancing, leases, sales and purchases, They will provide legal advice regarding property law, review and draft legal documents, conduct due diligence and research, and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaboration with clients, colleagues, and external parties will be central to the role.


    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge and expertise in Property Law, Landlord and Tenant Law, and Conveyancing Transactions
    • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as leases and contracts
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
    • Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational abilities
    • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
    • Experience with both residential property transactions
