We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Operations and Integration Specialist (IT-Focused) to join our team

General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience in operations and integration processes
- Active involvement in system-to-system integration projects
- Practical knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integration architectures
- Ability to perform data analysis using SQL
- Capable of acting as a bridge between technical and operational teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in documentation and process improvement
Job Description
- End-to-end management of the integration of operational processes with IT systems
- Analyzing issues that arise in integration processes and developing solutions
- Working with IT/software teams to develop and improve integrations
- Translating requests from operations teams into technical requirements
- Coordinating and monitoring go-live processes
- Developing improvement suggestions to increase process efficiency
- Providing mentorship support to junior team members
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Postman or similar API testing tools
- Jira, Confluence, or similar task tracking and documentation tools
- Basic ability to read code and perform technical analysis
