    We’re looking for a talented recruiter who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. At MHA, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference Your role in recruitment will be far more than policies and procedures; it’s about creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments (Audit, Tax, Accounts, Payroll, Corporate Finance, Support Functions).
    • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach.
    • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
    • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and partners.
    • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding handovers.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
    • Provide market insights (salary benchmarking, talent availability).
    • Advise on recruitment best practice and workforce planning.
    • Support development of the firm’s employer brand.
    • Ensure recruitment processes align with UK and Irish employment law and best practice.
    • Maintain accurate records within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
    • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity data).
    • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.


    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
    • Strong understanding of UK accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, AAT, CTA).
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of UK and Irish employment legislation.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills.
    • Travel to Scotland, Ireland and Wales is a requirement of this position
