Service Care Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a specialist independent school in North Warwickshire to recruit a Speech & Language Therapist to join their on-site multidisciplinary clinical team. The school supports children and young people aged 6–19 with complex needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions and special educational needs.

Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist speech and language assessments and evidence-based interventions
- Contribute to MDT therapeutic plans in line with EHCP outcomes
- Provide individual, group and environmental interventions using creative, engagement-focused approaches
- Support staff teams through training, modelling and guidance to promote communication-friendly environments
- Work closely with families and external agencies including CAMHS and Social Care
- Prepare high-quality clinical reports and maintain accurate records
- Support trauma-informed and therapeutic practice across education and residential settings
Requirements
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Experience supporting children and young people with complex SEND and neurodevelopmental needs
- Ability to work within and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organisation and initiative
- Experience supporting teams around a child to create clinically informed environments
