Bid / Proposals Coordinator, Writer, Manager
We are looking for Bid / Proposal Coordinators, Writers and Managers to join a leading tier 1 main contractor within their busy, growing Frameworks division in Central London.
About the role of Bids / Proposals
We are one of the largest tier 1 main contractors in the industry, with several divisions within the business, covering all sectors.
A privately owned business with some of the strongest financials on the market and an excellent reputation and staff turnover. We have lots of long-standing members of staff whilst also constantly growing and evolving with new talent.
We have a new Frameworks division within the business where we are needing to add to / expand the team. We currently have an 8 year Framework where we need someone within a Bids or Proposals role within the built environment and with experience across the DFE (Education) sector to come in and put a lot of work and focus into. The projects within this division will be ranging from £15m up to £100m+ so experience working with projects of a higher value is important for this role, as well as needing main contractor experience, either with a tier 1 or a large tier 2 business.

Requirements for Bid / Proposals
- Construction related degree / qualifications
- Been in either a Bid/Proposal Coordinator, Bid/Proposal Writer, Bid/Proposal Manager role within construction industry, with a main contractor in the Built environment
- Experience across the DFE (Education) sector, healthcare is also beneficial but not essential
- Experience working on larger valued projects
