The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering their vision to become a market leader in the W&I insurance and wider M&A sector. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and strong stakeholder relationship management skills.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience working within W&I insurance, with a strong understanding of the M&A process and transaction risks.
- Strong technical knowledge of W&I insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of W&I insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
