Qualifications
- Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective
- Ability to quickly establish personal credibility
- Ability to follow client's instructions closely
- Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication
- with the permission or at request of the client
- B2 CEFR English Level bilingual wih other required languages
- Able to work from home on a permanent basis and relocate to Malaysia
- Willing to work night shift
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate interpretation from one language to another to help individuals with language barriers communicate and understand each other effectively.
- Handle on-demand telephone or video calls and interpret conversations in consecutive mode between English and the target language.
- Process information quickly and accurately while recognizing cultural sensitivities, maintaining professionalism, and showing courtesy at all times.
- Use appropriate industry terminology and demonstrate understanding of common procedures and practices.
- Support calls that may cover simple or complex, non-technical or technical topics across industries such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency (911), Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
