Overview
A well-established and growing infrastructure services organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works across projects in London. Operating within the utilities and energy sector, the business delivers essential infrastructure solutions and is expanding its operational team to support continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor who can lead from the front, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard. The role offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation and maintenance works across multiple sites
- Lead and coordinate teams of electricians and subcontractors
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with current regulations and company standards
- Monitor health & safety compliance on site
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure works meet required specifications
- Support planning and scheduling of works to meet programme deadlines
- Provide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and infrastructure projects
- SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
- Testing & Inspection qualification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
