    HR Shared Services Team Leader – Shared Services

    Birmingham | Hybrid Working


    Kati2 Bard are recruiting an experienced HR Shared Services Team Leader to join a well-established Shared Services function within a large, complex organisation.


    This role sits within a policy-led, process-driven environment and is responsible for the consistent delivery of HR operations activity across the business on a national basis.


    The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of approximately five HR Shared Service Administrators and ensure that all activity is delivered in line with agreed policies, service standards and governance requirements.


    This is a delivery-focused role requiring sound judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to operate confidently within a structured corporate framework.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Line management and performance oversight of an HR Shared Services team
    • Ensuring national HR processes are applied consistently and compliantly
    • Monitoring HR service metrics, workflows and turnaround times
    • Producing HR operational reports for senior stakeholders
    • Supporting peak activity periods and HR workloads
    • Identifying incremental process improvements within established policy frameworks
    • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and service delivery


    Applicants MUST have:

    • Proven experience in an HR Shared Services environment managing a team
    • Strong understanding of process governance and policy adherence
    • Confidence operating in a structured, high-volume environment
    • A measured, professional approach with clear stakeholder credibility
